Dr. Ismail Dayan added that the promotion was a great challenge, and we developed an action plan in the state through three phases. The first phase consisted of cleaning the academy’s hall from weeds, cutting trees, moving the remains of buildings outside, leveling the land with heavy machinery and labor, and mobilizing the students’ energies in preparation for adding new constructions. After a great effort, the first phase was completed. .
He added that the second stage is the stage of construction, maintenance and rehabilitation, and the beginning was by raising the wall of the academy, then digging and connecting the water carrier line to the academy, then receiving three advanced skills laboratories for three specializations, installing three laboratories for practical training, then building a main gate for the academy, and work is underway to rehabilitate the main library for students, the great hall and an office Director and administrative offices, sanitary facilities and some other maintenance and construction will be completed soon. He said that the third and final stage is the stage of arranging and preparing to receive the higher education delegation, which will visit the state during the month of December, to find out the academy’s preparations and complete the promotion stages.
Dr. Ismail appealed to the government, the community of the state, philanthropists and businessmen to support the academy to complete the deficiencies.
