Khartoum, 11-22-2022 (SUNA) – Dr. Fekria Abazid met in her office today with Dr. Mustafa Al-Jamil, Secretary-General of the Ministry of Culture and Information in the Government of the Darfur region, to discuss how to benefit from the offices of SUNA in the five states of Darfur in reflecting all the activity taking place in the region.

Fikria said that SUNA has an office in every state and it works continuously and provides the bulletin with news throughout the day, and stressed that efforts must be coordinated in order to create the conditions for SUNA correspondents so that they can fully play their role and reflect all activities.
While Dr. Mustafa Al-Jamil, Secretary-General of the Ministry of Culture, Information and Communications of the Darfur Regional Government, confirmed that they are fully prepared in the Darfur Regional Government to provide everything that would develop the work performance of the SUNA offices in the five states of Darfur, stressing the importance of having a general coordinator for the Darfur states in order to facilitate dealing with him and thus contribute to addressing the requirements of moving Work cupboard.

Meanwhile, Musa Dawood, Director of the Media Department in the Darfur region, said that a workshop will be held soon to discuss the media action plan for the year 2023, with the aim of reflecting the activity of the Darfur region in a greater way, pointing to the presence of a number of experts in the field of media in the workshop.
