Khartoum 11-13-2022 (SUNA) – Maulana Muhammad Mukhtar Al-Nur, advisor to the Vice-President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, Lieutenant-General Muhammad Hamdan Dagalo, announced today that the eternal representative drew attention to issues of culture and arts.
This came during a meeting between Maulana Mukhtar and a delegation from the Federation of Musical Professions headed by the artist Abdel Qader Salem and a number of members of the Executive Office of the Federation of Musical Professions, within the framework of the directions of the representative to take care of culture and the arts.
Al-Nour said that the meeting discussed the support of the Federation of Musical Professions and its activities, explaining that the Vice-President of the Sovereignty Council provided support for the Federation’s activities and support for some members of the Federation who are going through some pathological conditions, indicating that this comes within the framework of the MP’s interest in and care of creators.
The advisor announced their adoption of a number of projects that are expected to be implemented in the coming days, including artistic and lyrical projects that encourage peace and national unity and other activities that can contribute to the peace and coexistence process.
Maulana Muhammad Mukhtar Al-Nur affirmed their support for all the programs that the Federation of Musical Professions will present through this great project and support the activities that contribute to societal cohesion and the promotion and unification of national conscience.
He said we are working on this in cooperation with our brothers in the Federation of Musical Professions and with the direct support of the Vice President of the Sovereignty Council and under the guidance of the creators.
He added, as an advisor to the representative, I will continue to follow this file and be in full contact with our brothers in the Federation of Musical Professions until all the efforts of the representative are crowned with success and so that we jointly contribute to all issues of concern to the artistic community.
